Bought these from someone who said they were Bender pipes but I don't believe they are. The #2 pipe I think goes up and over the #3 pipe or #1? Here are some pictures.

If they are benders does anyone have an install sheet with jetting and clutching for both 1500ft and 7000ft? Thank you!

I thought benders had a name plate welded on them?
Yeah they usually did. And I thought I remember cpr having their name stamped into the pipe. I doubt they are speedwerx. If they are benders, I have the setup sheet from bender.

Does anyone have the original instructions or a bullet proof setup for carbs and clutching? Going on a 2005 144 mtn viper.

Thanks.

Heres a thought, how about asking the manufacture of the pipes for the information? you know whos pipes they are now, pick up the phone and call them.

Gee thanks for those insightful words.. I have tried. Why do you think I am here asking? :o|

so you called bender and they wont give you instructions or jetting specs for thier pipes??? I dont think I buy that one.
The reason your asking is you want everything given to you on a silver platter with zero effort to do it yourself.
So what I am telling you IS quite usefull go to the manufacture for the specs, dont you think since they built the pipes they would know best what the specs are supposed to be, or youd rather believe someone whom you dont know from the internet world about jetting :o| ............hey,its your engine,,,,,good luck!

don,s right man. you have to be nuts to give out jetting spec,s without knowing you, your motor, where ya live/ elevation, fuel quality in your area etc. i have played a done with those pipes. get the right specs.. 3:16 (yammie tony)

Silver platter, no. Using TY forums as it's intended purpose, yes. I called I email yep get it sent over nothing.. I did not think asking if someone had the specs sheet for the pipes was going to drum up the drama that you guys make it out to be. Have a nice day .....(insert wise azz comment here)!

I've had simular experiences with SLP's customer service. In a word - outstanding.

I agree that asking for a "bullet proof" clutch/jetting set up seems lazy, but after reading stories about Bender c/s... on this site - I'd buy it.

Maybe he didn't say perdy please.

Not to mention I was just going to use them as guidelines. I have been wrenching on yamaha's since 1994, when we had our twin piped 600 lawn dart doing 105 in 1000 ft.! I guess you must need to list a resume and a dissertation with your questions so posters don't think you are expecting something on a silver platter.

Sometimes words written vs. spoken are interpreted deferently then intended.

I try to heed my mom's advice when I don't have anything nice to say. I'm often unsuccessful... but I try.

Good luck finding what you're looking for.
