if an 07 phazer has high miles, it will be fine. 08 they changed something to do with the starter which was the up-date to the 07 model year sleds if I remember correctly. it would happen in less than 5000 miles if it was going to do it. if over that milage, they where fine.
08 nitro would probably be the best of all worlds but buget might be snug on that one.
