Hey can anyone tell me why my plugs are like this? Their a new set that was just put in no real km on them just a couple of laps in the back yard and idling, but 2 are dark and 1 is white like brand new?

Which cylinder? Was the plug wet, or dry when you pulled it? Are you getting spark on that cylinder? Corrosion under plug cap? Correct resistance? Try a new plug?
I need more coffee.....
 
The white one came out of cylinder 1 and actually they were all wet when I pulled them, i was trying to start in -25ish and it did catch for a min on 1 cylinder and then stalled i kept pulling at full choke but no luck, I believe I have the sled flooded now, i tried drying them off And put them back in with no choke and after 1 pull there soaked again, I also tried pulling with the plugs out and reinstall but still the same..... My gas is also very low which might cause a problem from what I read in another thread but it doesn't explain the wet plugs?
 
The two dark plugs are running to rich or fouled out. The dark oil color will clean up once you get it running right and the plug gets hot enough to clean that residue off.
The white plug is not running rich but a couple runs in the backyard is not enough to color them yet.
 
Something else to keep in mind is with the SRX's triple pipes we have the luxury of checking temp of each cylinder via the pipes.When you get it fired back up you can touch each pipe and verify they are warming up. Once it runs for a few minutes I suggest a digatial infrared temp gun. You can pick up a cheap one for around $30 and are a fun little toy to have. Even on the sleds with a manifold/single pipe you can hit the manifold right by jug and check temps
 
I just checked and all plugs have spark on all 3 plug caps, I put them back in and still no go, I pulled one again and it still appears wet?

Earlier you mention gas was really low. Is this recent fuel or last years? May want to add some fresh fuel. Can you tell if its wet with gas or wet with just oil?
 
So I got the sled running... I filled the tank and added some gasline antifreeze in case there might of been some moisture in there I also threw the hair drier on the carbs for about 15 min, within a couple of pulls it started right up... I let it idle for about 15 min or so to let it warm up and when I went to move it, it seemed to govern out @ 3000rpm I believe this is the tors after a bit it seemed to go away.... Any thoughts??????
 
I'm pretty sure it was tors and not gas build up, and yeah I believe they are the original caps from what I can tell, I'm just thinking that with the extreme cold and everything being all frosted up was setting off the tors
