95 Max fouling plug question

95 v max 600...fouls the plug on chain case side. still runs strong but right around 5-6rpm you can tell its fouled. doesnt always idle good right away.

-plug has lot of oil on it
-top of piston has more oil on it then other side
-that side header is leaking oil out of the header gasket bad

Whats the compression? Sounds like it might be uneven. I'm guessing that u might have a damaged piston. But it could also be electrical. I had a Cdi/coil on an old Polaris 400. It was sparking hard on one side and weak on the other. I bought a used Cdi/coil, installed it, and it was as good as new.
 
Start simple. These sleds are old and parts are getting worn out. Get new plug caps and trim the wire ends just a hair, bet they dont ohm out. Check and adjust oil pump cable, they run rich from factory so go 2mm past spec. Replace those ehaust gaskets, simple job and that leaking oil makes a mess. Then recheck and move on from there. A comp check aint a bad idea too just remember your looking to see how close they are not a overall number.
 
Also look in to carbs. When were they last cleaned and inspected, making sure all jets and passageways are fully clear and unrestricted? Verify the jet and needle sizes and settings are where you want them, and write everything down for future reference. Verify that the choke is operating properly, maybe it's letting some fuel thru on the one side.
 
Im gonna do a compression test tonight just cause its simply and its x mas eve, Plugs have been changed. previous owner said that he brought it in last year to get the carbs cleaned.
 
did a compression test tonight. Cold, open throttle. I got 132 ad 135. What should it be for numbers? Close is good. Where is a good place to get caps? Thanks

Check this - it might be running rich on that side, make sure the plunger is seating.
The compression is good.
