Need help with my 2000 sxr 600

Had my sled out on the lake today. it takes off hard and will rev to 8000 or so then when you get going it levels out at 6500 and doesn't have the power it should and wont rev past 6500. any ideas on what this could be??

Fouled spark plug?

Stock clutching? If so it's probably worn out clutch springs.

X2 on fouled plugs try replacing them first
