is it ok to run those type of jet ...large round vs the small rounds are they the same size jet if they have the same numberjet.pngjets.png

they are the same I got them they fit there im not sure if they size stamp on them equal the small rounds one...maybe they are aftermarket one that I got im just afraid about the stamp size of them

interesting. hex and round dont interchange for sure. always thought the different heads had different threads.

info from mikuni perhaps as to the difference? someone else will chime in hopefully.

it was always my understanding the large head were the atv jets and smallhead were the sled jets. I imagine the orfice size is still whatever its marked at. It wouldnt scare me to use the yamaha jets, I am unsure if I would try it with aftermarket ones.

As cheap as the right ones are, not something I would try and save a couple pennys on to try,but they might be fine???.....

im pretty sure they are aftermarket ..I will not take a chance to make a bomb ;)!

I have used jets 2-3-4 in the yamaha carbs with no issues. That first jet is the hex seen alot in the older carbs. There is a huge difference in price also. 3:16 (yammie tony)
