Yamalube 2 s and reading piston wash

I have read that Yamalube 2s burns black and bone dry.Does this make it harder to read piston wash than other types of oil ?
 

Not that I know of. Wash is either gonna be there or it's not. Have you read Mr. Viper's article on wash in the tech. pages? If not, it's a good read.
 
I dont have any problem with it, your wash marks are still clean. True, the yamalube does burn a bit dryer then other oils but no problems on the wash marks from the transfer ports.
