srv running lean

I found a super nice 89 srv with 2k miles on it! Just went through it all. Carbs are clean, boots look good, fuel lines look good, air box is good. Why is it running lean? Owner said it was used every year for ice fishing until 2010.

What makes you think its running lean?? What symptoms does it have??
