5 to 10 minutes warm up,ride a few miles lower speed and then give her.I usually have a few good places on the River to open it up wot.I have had it wot for well over 10 minutes and no over heating or nothing flashing. Can't beat the triple motors for reliability
10 minutes at wot holy sh*** haha
like u said can't beat triples
for the warm up, i go for 5 minutes too, and for the first miles after that, i go easily on it

Yes just go slower for a bit then you should be ok to give er! These triples are so reliable it's not even funny! The guys that are blowing them up definitely do not have them set up and tuned properly. I can agree with blue holding it open for long periods of time. These motors can take it if set up properly.
5min on warm up and only 660 or less on WOT

till the exchangers are warm and i see snow starting to melt on the running boards. never had her pinned for more than 5 mins, but in theory if all systems are operating correctly you should be able to hold wot till you run out of gas!

WOW!!! On the full throttle I wad thinkin a 1/2 mike or so would be a long pull I guess I've never had the balls or money to hold her open for more than that

You are a MONSTER!LOL.......I cant even think of any where I could hold it to the bar for 10 minutes. Any where around here straight enough isn't wide enough to see what might all of a sudden be in the way. I have had a few 3-4 mile pulls.....Like maybe 2-3 minutes!

I just installed a digital temp gauge and its about 4 minutes to operating temp. I take it easy for a mile or two.
