You can do 100MPH runs for a long period of time but it is a good idea to vary the throttle position a bit....go wide open, then cut back to 3/4 and keep varying it like this. I know this is correct because I once owned a 780 Viper with an EGT kit. Hauck Racing also told me to do this.
