How to adjust bender transfer rods

I bought a 00 srx 700 that has bender transfer rods on it. Wondering how to adjust them

normally when you sit on your sled the gaps should be 50/50 top and bottom.If you want more ski lift then adjust for the upper gap to be more.

Ok. Also i can't get them to adjust or turn

you have to grab the blue part and pull down on it then turn it. There is a dowl that holds it from turning if you don't pull down on it
