May I ask why is it I can't post any reply message in the tech section what should I do to have this privilege?

Welcome to TY....I will bring this to MrSled's (site administrator) attention and see if he can shed some light on the subject. It may be due to you being a new member and only have 2 posts, but Im not for certain.....

By the way, did you happen to get an email confirmation? Did you respond to it? Your profile shows TY is still waiting for the confirmation, this may have something to do with it also.
