Srx not getting fuel

Hey guys I just got one of my srx together and now I'm having a fuel issue I switched out fuel pump cause I thought it was that and it ain't the fuel makes its way on the line like half way it won't go up into carbs with my machine sitting flat I take the line from the tank to the pump and there is no fuel coming from it iff I put the line lower or suck throught it I get fuel somewhere from my tank to the carbs I get no fuel I can spray gas in carbs and it will start for a second and shut off do to no fuel​
 
is the pulse line good? usually will pick up if you had it running on gas in cyls. might take a few times if float bowels are empty.
 
Your pick up line from your gas tank may have fell off and your not getting gas to be sucked up !

I've seen it happen before
 
get a coat hanger make a hook and fish it up see if its hooked up .should be a grommet on tank some where with 2 lines that join one from inside of tank and one goes to fuel pump . if it did fall off take gas out and pull grommet out hook back up ........after inspecting it for the reason it fell off lol
