I have 80 in one side and 100 on the other side. The sled still runs OK. I pulled the wire on each side and it still ran. Do you think I can run it for the rest of the season or should I rebuild the top end now. We have 3 feet of snow on the ground. I don't know how much longer it is going to last.

That's a 20% difference from 1 cylinder to the next. Not good. If you do, ride with a friend on a separate sled. Did your stored get the piston update in 97/98? Mind did, and still has 129 psi per cylinder after more than 8000 miles.
