Lost my spark! - Electrical issues, where to go now
When I was on the trail this weekend everything was going great, then bam, the machine died on me. I thought it might have been the ignition coil, so I got a new one and still no spark. When I pull on the recoil the head light is not working, could it be the stator? or magento? Any ideas on what might be the issue?
edit: Sled is a 94 Vmax 600
edit 2: Just started messing with the sled and I've unplugged the kill switch and key switch and still no spark. Also I noticed the head light is not lighting when pulling the recoil. Could this be a stator magento problem? Does anyone have the specs on the Ohm reading off the two wires from the stator?
