Just curious....if camber is off, what are the side effects? How will a sled handle if the camber is off....

Depend on how far off it is.....
It will definitely affect how well it turns in the corners, too much negative camber and it will turn so hard it will not be fun to ride.
Positive caber is just the opposite.
