SRX clutch?

Hey guys

Just picked up a spare clutch and looking for some info. This clutch had 8DN20's empty and a green white green spring. I would think it would over rev like crazy with this setup But I am not a clutch expert. Clutch is cleaning now and I am looking to change the weights anyways but curiosity is getting the better of me.

Here is what I am planning on using.

Heel clicker weights with heel and tip only can't remember what they are right now 61g-63g maybe total.

new G/W/G spring
Secondary
Super torque X roller with a 42/36

Always open to suggestions if you guys have any.

gwg with heel clickers??????? you wont be able to use much weight in them at all, I would use the h/c red......

empty 8dn20's woiuld overev 9000+ rpm quickly with a gwg spring..sounds like someone forgot to install the 4.5 rivets in both holes, then threw in a front spring that didnt match the weight either. 8dn20 4.5 in both holes, w/w/w/primary spring(45/119kg) is what most use with good results in a srx.

The gwg spring is too strong(45/135kg) unless you have alot of weight.
 
I have a red h/c spring but looks like it would be to long to fit in the primary clutch. The G/W/G spring was used in the 99 SRX 600 stock setup. I have the 8DN loaded W/W/W setup now and was looking to try the heel clickers out and see if there was something I could come up with. H/C red spring is a stronger spring then the G/W/G right? Red was something like 230/360? or 104/163g. Seems like a lot?
 
h/c spring is way bigger then a stock one, I use a peice of threaded rod and use a old bearing and washer to compress them and install the cover bolts while the clutch is on my table vise, makes it alot easier.
Once the spring is installed you can use a clutch compressor tool and change the weights out to tune the weights via the washers and bolts while the clutch is on the sled, but for the primary spring its awfull difficult in the sled.
 
I made a tool long ago with a piece of wood and threaded rod with washers. Works really well. With that spring I would take clutch off to change out the weights. Change out the washers with a over sized socket to push down and collapse the spring to change weights.
