2001 VMax Deluxe Long Track Conversion

I have a 2001 700 VMax Deluxe with a 121 track that I would like to long track with the skid & track from a 2001 Mountain Max 600 with a 141. I bought the 600 MM for a parts sled because the motor was blown and now I would like to swap the 121 on the VMax to the 141 from the MM. Has anyone swapped a 121 skid & track for a 141 skid & track? It looks like the same tunnel and all I would have to do is remove the tunnel extension & cooler, make a template to mark the holes on the MM then drill them in the VMax. Then I would have to add the rear skid extensions from the MM to the VMax. Would it also be best if I use the clutches from the 600 MM? Any help would be appreciated.

i think all you would need to swap over would be the gearing if you are not hill climbing with the sled. if you are, then yes you need to transfer the clutching over as well.
