I crashed my 700sx into a steel bench. I hit it at about 10 kmh. I bent the upper and lower rods and the trailing arm. No damage to the chassis. Now the sled will not start. What would cause it not to start after i crashed it?

Fuel is good. Spark is weak. Will the redhead bolt into a mountain max 600 chassis? I have a mm600 and the motor has no cylinders.

gotta watch them benches, jump right out of no where! but on a serious note, x2 on looking at the harness under the engine.

thats cool. i think i'll bolt the redhead into the mountain max chassis. i have to order some parts for the vmax700sx chassis.

I noticed the motor mounts are different in the back of the mm600. It looks like i would have to move them to the right spot. I'd have to pull the track and drive sprocket out.

Really? I was told all redheads were interchangeable in their chassis[emoji52].... Maybe I have some bad Info. Anyone else who can help figure this out?

will the mm600 wiring harness work with the Vmax700sx engine ?
has anybody done this swap ?

will the redhead engine fit in a mm600 chassis?

What year is your mm600? Was it a 600 twin (earlier years) or a 600 triple (later years)?
If it was a 600 twin, you wil likely have to modify both the mounting and the wiring.

You can search on here for others that have swapped a 600/700 redhead triple into a 500/600 twin chassis, but since you have both chassis at hand, you can compare parts easily. At a minimum, you'll have to verify and move engine mount locations as needed, and I would not expect the main wire harness to be the same, nor the CDI. Your tach/instrument cluster may be different as well.

If your goal is to get one sled up and running out of the two, your best bet may be to fix the front end damage on the 700sx, especially if it is just bolt-on parts that are damaged.
