Questions about hand warmers on Viper

Ok I have a 02 Viper. 2 weeks ago when it was well below zero my hand warmers would not get very warm. My fingers would always get cold. Last night when it was about 22 degress the got way too hot. Does anyone else have this issue? My thumb warmer would get BURNING hot in both temps. Just wondering.

There have been a number of posts on this topic. Some good info has been posted, and some not so good. If you are familiar with basic electrical testing, grab you ohmeter and start by testing the grips, then the wires. If not I suggest finding someone who is, or taking it to a dealer.
