Polishing my belt guard

That looks sweet! I'd like to find that acid. We used it where I used to work and some guy got burnt bad. Actually turned his fingernails into "skin". What did you use to protect it? does It still look that good? I tried 0000 steel wool not good. Maybe with the rouge system I got. Now I gotta do my belt guard! And pipe covers!
 
There are a ton of posts on this issue; some I tagged that are a few eyars old; I'll see what I can come up with. I used simichrome on mine after I stripped my tunnel. It was easy to work with and looked good. You will need to put some time every few months repolishing no matter what you use, but it looks great.
