Could it be because it is all new equipment? New rollers weights spring ect? May need a little more time to brake in?
Could be because of the the new rollers. I remember the last time I had on new rollers, the clutch behaved pretty strange.
ok want to thank u guys for the help. I called randy today from heelclicker and he said the red spring being new is alittle stiff right now. got to run and do at least 5 complete shift outs and I should see engagement drop where it should be. rollers being new also have to break in. still doesn't tell me why im getting .012 clearance. ill take it back apart and try the hc set up in my other clutch and see what happens if I get the clearance I need then ill try replacing the bushing in the other and see. ill keep u posted
