no concern with the balance of the secondary. if there was, there would be alignment marks. absolutely no way to take advantage of the adjustability offered with that clutch to be concerned with balance. doesnt matter if its a cat, poo, or doo secondary, there is no balance alignment.
if you stop and process the theory behind the balance of the primary, its to save the crank and bearings. out of balance primary is hard on the engines' bottom end, period. again, not manufacturer specific. thats why all primary clutches have alignment marks but not secondaries, not even the aftermarkets like team or paragons. dont over think it, run it, enjoy it, and tune it right.
befuddles me as to how these other folks chiming in havent pointed out this trivial bit of information. almost 40 years playing with sleds of all makes i have never had a concern for secondary sheave alignment.
