heat exchangers not heating up

Hi Im working on a 97 sx700 with 3200 miles I think my water pump is shot im going to take a look at the impeller and check that the heat exchangers just aint heating up if its any more than a impeller ill just get rid of it the rest if sled is pretty nice I only paid 700.00 for it let me know of any thoughts I tried bleeding it to no avail "bulletproof" yeah sure!

You have a sled which is 18 years old, you got it for $700. Fix it.

I'm going to pull the pump out tomorrow I hope its just the impeller and not the dreaded "brass gear" i'm not bashing my sled or yamaha etc how much would it cost to replace the gear if thats bad i'm not sure I want to know!!!!! Lol

I'm sure that's all it is. That was more than likely the reason it was sold. The previous owner didn't want to fix it.
