I just put a verse kit on my Viper. It was making a strange noise under load. Unfortunately I was 15 hrs away from home on a 4 day ride and couldnt do anything about it. Put 500 miles on the sled. Got home and found what I'm pretty sure is a non Hyvo middle gear with the hyvo chain and upper/lower gears. The non hyvo gear took a beating, but everything else looks ok. I think I have another upper gear and chain to swap, but definitely don't have another lower reverse gear. I will be ordering a new middle gear, but what about the lower...think it will be ok?
