i have a phazer 1 and would like to do a bit of an upgrade to the front struts. i was told 94-96 vmax 5/600 struts are a bit taller. has anyone ever done an upgrade like this? i know the phazer1 has a smaller stance and the struts sit inside the plastic where as the pz2 struts sit outside the plastic is that a big problem? are the pz1 and pz2 struts the same?

Bender, Reichard's and others (?) made wide kit panels for the Phazer. Something tells me the original Phazer struts were larger diameter than the Phazer II's ?

I believe its the vmax 600XT that has the longer adjustable struts.
