Old steel ski's

I have my old ski's from 83.. They are worn and have some holes. Any point in keeping or are they scrap?

I'm saving mine for when / if I get old enough to need a walker , stick the tires through the holes and
it work on the dry side walks and the snow covered ....!!!! I probably have 8 pair to wear out in the future
as they wont have runners and need spares...
