Rebuilding water pump with engine in sled...

I've got a coolant leak, really hard to tell where it's coming from, but appears to be from WP area. maybe gasket or seal has gone bad. Question is, can i do this with motor still in? I would think if i remove exhaust could I get to it fairly easy? Maybe gotta take off airbox, carbs, front motor mounts to tilt motor back? Idk, any insight is greatly appreciated.
Also, if anyone would have a good place I could order the parts from, that'd be cool too.

I had no problem doing it with engine still in place,remove exhaust and go to it.I got all my parts from cyclepartsnation. They had the best prices I could find anywhere.They are in Michigan.
