...from what I've been reading, I need to use green loctite on impeller splines and on impeller bolt when reinstalling everything. For mech seal, before sliding it on, should I put a little grease on it before installing? Does it need to be green loctite, or can I use blue, or RTV? Just want to have everything in order when parts come in a couple days.

Hi I just did my impeller and seals in my wp I put a small bit of vasiline on the side of the mechanical seal and when putting my bolt and washer on I put enough green loctite on the threads to cover them bolted it on waited 24 hrs and filled her up with coolant today and took her out good luck
