I added more coolant and got to ride it for 20ish minutes and got no light! Tomorrow ill ride it more and see. I almost have the track tight enough to not ratchet.

Check it out friends! I just rode "the hot mess" "frankensled" "hunk o' turd" whatever you want to call it... on some really not good at all trails for over an hour with my lovely lady friend. I didnt care how horrible the trails were, or that every corn field made me feel like the whole sled was going to shake to the point that it falls apart beneath me. LOL. I was just so happy to ride it for awhile for the first time in forever it seems, and hearing the triple scream again with life was beautiful. It never overheated once! Hopefully it stays that way!

There is still much to do: the front heat exchanger is still loose along with the steering, need to hook up my broken snowflap to my broken tunnel , change plugs br9es again?, keep adjusting the track tension (ive just been tightening it until it wont ratchet on hard accel), others..
A couple questions for anyone: 1) I have stock clutching I believe but is cruising at 40mph on speedo @ ~6,000rpm normal? 2) I stopped once at a bar during the whole ride, we sat inside for maybe 45 min and ate. came out and started the sled really easy. went to go and it was bogging real bad and was trying to die. I shut it back down and restarted and all was normal again and took throttle great again/ was snappy? WEIRD??! 3) The track spinning seems kinda loud in the tunnel when riding on the packed trails. How do I know if everything's good there?
Thanks everyone I couldn't have gotten the sled together and apart without you guys!
I also filled up with 91 non ethanol because I'd rather never burn ethanol fuel.

A word of advice from your friend Taylor: It gets annoying to trail ride with a SnoStuff rumble pack. I couldnt talk or hear anything else... HAHA The constant 6-8K rpm just rings and screams inside your head horribly. It sounds so wonderful though!

When you came out from throwing a few "burgers" back, the track was probably frozen to the sliders. Next time stand on the running boards and rock it side to side letting it come down hard to break the track free.

Ok ill try that next time. It seemed more motor related like it was running bad but you could be right.
throw a set of br9eya's inner and never have plug problems again!
