Yep id say your pump was froze up. Do the fuel pump fix and clean the carbs and you'll be haulin *** in no time
 

It worked! She runs great. I think it was froze also, I shimmed it with some washers and siliconed the bottom. Thank you all for your help, seriously appreciate it!
