Hey guys - I wrote another forum on here earlier I'm starting a new one to get some more help!!! We have an 02 viper we bought slp triple pipes for it and have tried everything!!!
Has the slp recommended jetting in it - 162.5 main jet and a 47.5 pilot. I've set the air screws from 1 all the way to 2.5, needles are set at 4 as recommended. When we put fresh plugs in it, it will run great for about 2 minutes and then it floods right out it will idle and then it runs absolutely horrible -it wont even move.
The air box is soaked with fuel we checked the pipes and can and they are not plugged and are all hooked up good. Chokes are not stuck. Tried running it with the breather tubes out of the air box and attached. Also tried running with the air box cover on and off. Tried disconnecting the tor switch everything nothing works!!
This really sucks - want to stomp some arctic cats on Saturday but its kind of hard when it doesn't move. Please help!!!

check your float level, 14mm
check your needle and seat
check the needle for corrosion, I have found this can cause the needle to sometimes stick
I found that 50 pilots worked better than the 47.5, not that that is your problem
and while the carbs are off, check you reeds, you might have a broken one. that can cause a really wet air box

Are all 3 cylinders fouling?

Bad reeds so far
