Take a look at the helix buttons. Make sure there not completely flat.

My friend did a little work on the sled over the weekend. He had an extra set of carbs so he switched the just the right side carb, that was the problem side. He said it ran a little better, piston and plug were dry after that but the plug was kind of an orange color. The sled ran better but it still isn't right.
