I am 48 years old been driving yamaha sleds since I was19. I own 2 vipers and a2000 srx. I absolutely love these machines. Looking at the yamacats just make me sick(just my opinion) I know my sleds can't run forever but there doing pretty damn good. I am not afourstroke fan for the type of riding we do so if I would upgrade it's either polaris or doo
Who knows, Maybe 20 years from now, we'll still be riding our Vipers and SRX's. My John Deere is 38 years old and still going strong. You need medical attention after riding it but. The newest sled I ever drove was a 2008 Ski-Doo MXZ something ss and was not impressed. I think I expected way more out of it being 10 years newer then my newest sled.
I see more and more ppl getting involved with "vintage" sleds. Can't get much more simple then that.
