you cant use the 600srx cdi on anyhting but a 98-99 srx 600-700. The plugs for the cdi box are differnt as well as wiring harness and all. The old single headlight systems on the 98-99 are 175watt systems and the newer 2000-02 srx are the dual bulb 300 watt systems and use a 3d ign. system where as the old system just fires all 3 plugs at the same time, a wasted spark set up.
