The front suspension mounting hole on this sled is almost ripped right through. Is there a fix without an aluminum welder?
you could always rivet in the pieces from an sxr front mount as there are changeable braces for them. did it on my brothers sx500r 2001. parts are in the foot well and I cannot remember if they are on the bulkhead or tunnel pics.

replace the front inner plate and then use a thick 3/8'' fender washer with the bolt and keep it tight
