Viper And Srx Pistons

Are the viper pistons the same as the srx pistons? I melted the center piston on an 02 viper and already have a piston for an 00 srx.

No they are not the same, The Viper piston is lighter. You can use the Yamaha parts finder @ the bottom of the main page to look up the part numbers for the two.

they do fit and work...if the viper piston is lighter you should change all three to keep everything balanced...
