That is stock on the 98 and 99. That is the 15w silent chain. In 2000 they went to 23/38 13w hyvo chain

Going one tooth bigger on my top gear made the most difference in any other changes I made to my sled. Now, this was on my 98, which is maintained pretty good, and I only weigh a buck 60 with gear, so take that into consideration also. Proper track tension is also crucial for top speed, you want it on the tight side.
