I like those the best so far. These are the same ones that I have.

Like I mentioned in my previous post, get them w/ some form of cover around the led emitters. It is that which refracts and scatters the light. Hot/bright spots are pretty much eliminated as well.
And yes, they are P-L-E-N-T-Y bright.

Ok, thanks to Couple of Bucks, and some others, replaced my 8DF 600SRX stock track 39.6 lbs with this Hacksaw track at 33 lbs. Faster top end, and way better traction I'm sure, also replaced all bearings and seals on drive axle, jackshaft and chain case.

The rotating mass just took a huge step in the right direction. That brake disk is a .5 lb savings ... at least!!View attachment 64327Added a lighter weight brake disk from a Viper/SRX

I've got a set of ohlins rear shocks that would look good on that sled, I was thinking about selling them....

I see you supplemented the seal at the air filter:hood meeting point. Have you blocked off the warm air ports that are incorporated/molded into the hood?
Do every little thing you can to prevent steam from entering the intake. Steam = bog.

That is actually factory Yamaha air filter, just took it out of the packaging yesterday.
Does have a weird color to the lower part though doesn’t it.

The two foams look different. I added more "closed foam" to the hood. Just to make an even tighter seal.

Would 150+ hp be a reasonable guess on output?
