they wanted to have the demos in a more controlled less crowded environment. they are prototype machines that they cant afford to lose. sno deo was just plain too hairy. it was a nice 8 miles loop with 3 sled changes. hey Mr Sled, you still want me to do a nice write up and submit it to you? I tried the 05 rx1, vector and venture and an 06 vector er and APEX ER. can give you a nice write up as I would have on the originaly planned ride if you want 
you bet...I just would like your views to back my report....so many of the people are in disbelief that they are that good 
So what was the real story for cutting TY riders from the 06 demo rides. Sounds like the machines were there and ridable? Just want Yami's true story!

I rode an Apex yesterday at Pittsburg Motorsports and I have to say sweet. I am comeing off of an SRX700 and have ridden some past RX1s but not enough to know the handleing of the sled. The 06 sleds are the cats a$$. I am going to spring check an RTX I like those FOX Floats.
the reason, I would gather is that the protos where pretty much trashed for the year and the show models where not up to spec and the preproductions, some of them came in on Sat of that show...thats about all I know. I am very sorry this went so bad. Lets hope next year wont be so last minute.
