TEK-VEST, read this!

Billy the protector I am using is the EVS under jersey motocross chest protector. It does not have the thick padding like the Tek Vest, but it does include elbow guards, and a kidney belt, shoulder guards and of course front and rear protection. Don't remember the price off hand.
 

Been riding for two years with one and it already paid for itself. Got tossed off crossing a plowed field last year and came down on a frozen high spot of ground. I felt the impact in my chest and upper rib cage and their was a large spot on the out side of the suit from the dirt where I hit. After the cobwebs in the noggin cleared I walked away, Back to work on Monday. For sure I feel I would have broke a rib without the Tec Vest.
Good Safety equipment is not cheap but who are we protecting here???
