I agree with seats as being the big diff in ride quality. I think my '99 600 deluxe rides the best of my three sleds though it has the el cheapo suspension compared to my '02 viper er or '99 srx 700 with ohlins. Try this seat if you have back problems!!!
He asked for a few days,,,,I'll let you know!!!nosboy said:I have a BLUE 02 viper, a BLUE 03 viper and a BLACK 04 viper!!! Needless to say, I LIKE VIPERS!!!!! I also have a 00 SXr600 to throw around in the twisties!!!!! The 02 has around 4000 miles, REVALVED shocks, new rings and gaskets, (every 3000 miles on my sleds) new slides and sliderails, wired for electric visor, and in overall good shape...new studs and carbides, If you want to drive to Chicago and bring some money AND A TRAILER, (by midway airport) It could be yours (the 02)... Gary Oles nosboy.. I have a 2500.00 price tag on it, BUT a friend will call me tonight (monday) and tell me if he wants it... (he's got 1st dibbs)...Gary Oles nosboy

wow, thanks all you need to do now is to polish the tunnel and rear bumper looking nice though. sucks the gaurds dont match nice pics any more close of the pipe? what did that cost? thanks again!
The Viper is a great trail sled and will do all that you want. The gas milage is great. I can live my sled running at every stop if I wanted and still have more gas than all the other guys in my group. I have a 03 and the shocks for me are great, never had a real problem. I agree, go with the Viper.
