2001 SXR 700 w/AAEN pipes

I want to be at the number 14. I would change as well if i was at 22.
Then again that was at -30 so you were very close to safe.

is that a dead animal on your head...lol..just kidding.
It sound good....just like mine.
Let me know about what clutching you put in.

what did you put in for clutching. What is your peak RPM and what is the RPM when you hammer the throttle.

hammer the throttle=9600
peak=9200
engagement=4600

i didnt do the clutching...my mech did last year, but i can tell ya what i got in it...

spring: or-sil-or
weights: 42.8g, w/2.44g rivets

i dont even know what else is in there...sorry

you still need some clutching to bring the RPM down. You are loosing power with those numbers my friend. 8800 when you hammer it and climb to 9100.
You will have much better performance.

dammit dammit dammit...got the jetting perfect...clutching needs some work, and now i think i broke somethin in the suspension cuz the tracks now rubbing...ah well...put the sled on the hoist tomorow to fix...

Bob, the jetting i'm using now, is pretty well where i'd want to be...at -5C, the plugs were golden-black...so in colder weather they'd be right on

Good to hear you got the jetting all set up. You will have no problems down to -35c. I dont know how your body can take it....lol.
Pipe install was nice and easy.
Let us know what weights, springs you have in there and we can figure out a clutch set up.
Take a picture of your pipes and post it.
