Brighter headlights, easy solution?

I bought a Xenon bulb for my V-Maxx but have"nt installed it yet. There was a choice of a stock or higher voltage bulb so I picked the stock which should be brighter than the one that"s in there. The one that"s in there really sucks so anything should be an improvement.

Red it is then. I just bought one off Ebay with 28 leds. Looks like this. I notice that not all leds have dual filament for low and high. Make sure to check this before buying guys.

I was told the led's that are white are actually a blue led with some sort of "cover" to convert the color to white, something about wavelength and canceling the signal when you try to shine it through a red lense. The Red led's wavelength goes through the red lense no problem. T

I changed all the gauge lights to LED as well as the tail light to reduce load on my 95 vmax 4
