Great News.. Sledding is over for me

PICS HERE.. SLEDDIN IS OVER For Me!! NO CASH!

Well, Like you all know i Put so much Money into my skidoo, Engine, and Cosmetic Wise and today just wasn't my day.. ran out of gas, spark plugs, all Had to do with Me walking home.... thats just the BEST part of my news, thats only good to what comes later! anwyas im driving(NEEDLES RAISED 5th CLIP, Still Jetted Rich for all those people telling me to Rich it up) SOO, anywyas im driving on the lake, doing about 7,500... its runnin strong, until i hit about 8,500... when i come to that i blow a PLUG i THINK... so alright ok, i change all 3, put new ones down in her.. STILL Runs Like shit.. so i tell my buddies im on my way home so i turn around and go home.. so i start iot up and leave BUT as im Leaving the sled seem,s like its running on 2 cyl,s and SPARKS or FlANKERS, Start Shooting out of my Left Pannel(the little fins?) Just above my left knee (this is a viper).. So i thought i seen something but i guess not, so i go again, Same bogging thing but whatever i got to make it home! so im going a lil faster still on 2 cyls and then Sparks and flankers JUST start PORING out of the ****ing left pannel (fin things) so i stop and i take a peek under the hood ( nothing around the clutchs or nothign i can see) so i say **** it try and put it on a road at least.. so i go to s tart it back up Yet to relize the Pull Cord comes out only about a 4 inches and then Stops dead..
THE THING IS SEIZED???? so i try and try and haul it over but man that thing isn't budging.. so i walk home and grab my dads Vk540, Running on 1 cyl but whatver it will tow the viper so i get it down there. and try my lu ck once more .. so i pull the viper over.. YES! But it dont start. i pull and pull and pull and pull.. seems liek it wants to start but isn't working.. As i keep pulling and pulling it over the pull cord is getting tighter and harder to pull with ever pull i take.. so im sitting on the sled with no energy left, looking into the sky, and i glancd down and notised a BIG HOLE in my dash.somthing went threw it? well sparks were SH ooting out of the left Panel... What can this be caused by? i dont know and i dont care cuz you know why! My sledding season is over and done with... i got it in the shed and i try to pour a small amount of gas in each 3 cylinders, YAY! it stats.. But dosn't last long, As its dieing its not Back firing but making a Weird Swoosh sound, like poping .. and it shut off.. and once again every time i try and pull over its harder and harder and to a point where you can't move the chord anymore..

Jetting guys, do NOT tell me i was running to lean or im going to take this computer and throw it threw a window, i changed EVERYTHING that people wanted me to change and YEs i **** my sled up Royalty.. Why is that you Good Ty'ers??


So i come to a conclusion, i spoent all the parts, bought Porting, Pipes, and pistons and rings, and now im broke.. so the Sled is now sitting in My shed with not 1 care in the world to be fixxed cuz i am so rotted, so pissed so angry and this pieace of shit... it has NEVER WORKED GOOD SICNE i got PORTING and PIPES.. what a waste of m oney... this has Tu rned me away from skidooing altogeather. IM not sure if im just gonna let it stay in the shed for the rest of my life or just part it out.. and if there ANYONE GOING TO ASK ME FOR PARTs.. KISS MY GOD DAM ***!!!

Calm down Auji. Take a deep breath, have a beer.
Relax and stay away from it for a few days.
Can you get some pictures of the pistons, heads and cylinders.
That really bites.
 
I am confused as to what flew off the sled and was making sparks? Blow up a piston, ok ,I can understand that, but never had any engines throw things off the motor and make sparks, let us know after you cool down and go and look at it.
 
When i was starting to go, i thoght i seen a bright and orange flash but i stoped and looked and i guess i was just thinking it... but trhen i go again.. (didn't smell anythign unusal) and the flankers got bigger and more soon as i let off the gas the thing shut off Automaticly, like WHAT THE ****!!! im so sick of this thing just Threowing my money into the garbage! like what else can i do? i spent everythign just to make this sled run! and here i get Flankers and sparks and everything.. i can't take it much more this thing is making me and my dad depressed with all the money its taking and he can barley Put food on the table because of What happend with my mom and him..... but whatever theres not a whole lot of money i can use, were just tryin to scroung Gas money!!!! not Piston Money or shit liek that!!! i can't afford to sleep in my BED at night! and here is my sled spitten out sparks and flankers.. guys i just cna't handle it much more.......
 
I also agree, I dont think it was motor related personally, I think he ate a clutch, but cant really tell untill he tears into it. Me and Aujoi are pretty good friends, and I just got done talkign to him, and calming his *** down, LoL. He said there was no antifreeze or anythign in the belly pan, that he knows of. I told him to leave her set for a few weeks, and then tear into it. Start with the plugs, then tear the head off, look at the cylinders. It might not be as bad as he thinks. He is just abit pissed that he has no money to fix it, and he will have to leave her set for abit, but like I told him, this isnt exactly a cheap hobby, especially when you start doing decently heavy modifications to em!
 
sorry to hear your problems, I hope the problems aren't that bad for you good luck and stay away from the sled for a couple of days.

Sorry to hear that...Hope it isn't to bad,, thats why i always stay stock.
 
Well.... I forgot about this... I had Egts That didn't work, so me and a Friend Drove some screws down there and a clamp over it, Could the Screws have burnt up?? could this have happend?? shot up threw the egt hole(in the pipes) and shot around the skidoo to there????
 
sounds possible aj, wish i could come out for the week and get er runnin for yah, if you got anyway of getting it to goose come out and i will get everything straightened away for you. calm down man getting frustrated dont help, my buddy just bought a sled for 7500 and his buddy blew the motor. gonna cost him over 1200 to fix it. and his buddy wont even help him with any money.
 
all you might have to do is find a way to tap or fix your egt holes. probably what happened. do some more tuning. it will run right
 
I'm a little confused. What's a flanker? And why the references to skidoo?? Did you put a skidoo motor in your viper???
 
no waterfoul hes from canada and up here we call it skidooing its no reference to bombardier/skidoo. even if i owned a polaris or arctic cat i would still call it a skidoo hahaha

I lately have been trying to call it a snowmobile or sled because i think calling it a skidoo gives it bad luck or something

Flanker, Umm Ever Watch a Fire?? Ever look intot he smoke and see the Bright orange sparks coming from the wood??? THOSE are called Flankers, and my skidoo was spitting them out on the Left Pannel and sparks. only when i give it More trhen or close to Half throttle.. whatever by im doen with it for a little while! pick at it later!
 
Neil by, its cool im done with it for a bit

I aint bothering you with this thing, or anyting.. its Just causing Grief For me and my dad... Poor guy, i got to stop with it.. all the money spending has got to stop.. for that to stop the sled has to stop.
