ok, I installed a new camo 1.25 predator track on my sled on Friday....rode about 100 miles on Saturday, no problems except the smile on my face LOL, rode about another 100 miles on Sunday without any problem but the last 15 miles my clutch started to act up on me.
ok first of all the sound the clutch was making sounded like my engine was like knocking....it would only make the noise when I would let off the gas and as soon as I would accelerate it would go away, it would also go away when I would lock the brakes up...
Any suggestion on my problem?
also waht is the point in changing spring colors? i have a black spring on my sx600r, should i chnge it?

Check the rollers and fly weights in the primary. When these wear out they can make a "clunk" sound when trying to shift. Been there, done that.

sounds like the secondary ramp on is coming off the buttonslike a binding..take the secondary apart clean and retwist spring..also check your belt wear /deflection

Yes, definately check out your secondary.
Something else to consider, it might be, just maybe, the track loosening up and ratcheting. You should have about 1" of free droop when the rear is off the ground, no more. Good luck!
