Please explain how i'm making a fool of myself.I purchased something from a site supporter and when i find something misleading about that site supporter and bring to the attention of other members how is that making a fool of my self.To correct the record i spent $36 for TWO LED bulbs you can buy the exact same bulbs at Auto Zone for $16 so in reality a spent $20 more then they are worth

Look i can see that no one really gives a s--t about someone getting ripped off on here untill it happens to them.I was just trying to support a sponser on here and this is how i get treated.If he doesn't want to refund my money i will just have to dispute it
 
How did Rich mislead you, did he deliver the goods? yes, do they work? yes, so how did he mislead you, did he tell you that you couldn't find them cheaper anywhere else? I think its your fault for not shopping around, and if I was rich, I wouldn't give you a penny back.
 
How did you get ripped off? Maybe you should have done a bit of research on the product you wanted before you ordered it. I spent well over a thousand bucks with Rich and he's always done me right. Everything I've ever ordered from him has been shipped quickly, has been correct, and he's never taken a dime of my money until I've gotten the shipment.....he sends the bill with the package. Tell me where else this occurs when ordering over the internet?

Very poor judgement to voice your opinion like this prior to emailing Rich in private first. You're in an extreme minority when it comes to bad dealings with him......actually, you're the only one I know of. You might consider taking your nine posts and venturing elsewhere.

Go cry in the cry babies lounge....You surely must know that you are in one of the most expensive hobbies there are..you must like it or you wouldnt do it...You cheap ***...go cry somewhere else..I have an independent small shop and get all my studs from rich at a very good price..better than i can get from my venders ...i have no complaints with him.....Your buddies at the sled shop in Rock Falls

His web site is misleading on the LED lights it doesn't say sold as pair's or sold each,I'm not saying all of his site is misleading i just think he should be more clear on how this item is sold.Is it just me are what isn't rear tail lights always sold in pairs
 
thanks for the support guys.i dont rip customers off thats not my way.i dont sell parts to make a quick buck.if something isnt really needed or not worth the money i tell them.i wouldnt want to waste money so why let someone else.

as for the bulbs its simple.bulbs are sold in singles on my site and most stores.it doesnt say anything about you get to bulbs for $20.and they ended up being $18 each because i offer a $2 discount if you purchase multipable items.so i didnt rip or defraud in anyway.i have offered to refund money minus shipping .usually there would be a 20% restocking fee that is standard with anyplace.but i rather have the customer happy and return in the furture but it looks like it just might be a guy that wont be happy either way.

im not about to get on richs site & check because i aint got time for your nonsense shit..but im willing to bet that riches bulbs rotate & i know for a fact that auto zones dont...& this is assuming your talking about the led tail lights.

Rich is great to deal with.I'm shure he didn't buy them in bulk that's why he can't sell them cheaper he's usaully cheaper on everything.Like other's said if if you don't like the price don't buy it.I would advise you cool it and let it go.

I always enjoy seeing other PA guys here, but not ones who are going to start crap like this. TY isn't the place for this, even the PA guys over on HCS are more civil. Think before you post and handle this sort of thing in private if you feel slighted.
 
so let's say you bought a new skilsaw at your local hardware store for $75.00, then you just happened to be at home depot and see the same saw for $60.00, are you gonna go back to your local hardware store and say "HEY-- YOU GUYS RIPPED ME OFF!"?? i don't think so- not here on the planet earth anyways. i would think you'd just think to yourself: "jeez, i shoulda checked around first"-- or maybe "i'd rather give my money to my local hardware store anyway" instead of blah, blah, blah!

I think you should state that on your site PRICE $20.00 EACH
it would be alot better for someone to see that so they could make up there mind.Oh wait i can get them somewhere else for $16 a pair

If Rich is willing to refund my money less shipping i will chaulk it up as a misunderstanding on my part and apologize for the ripping off comment
