Not sure why the new post... but you could check to see if the SX and SRX are interchangable but the SX-R (long travel) is definatley different. To use SX-R arms you would need to at the very least change both sides and would probably need to do the radius rods, tie rods, sway bar, etc. as well.

the sxr and the srx are different look at the letter on the front, the camber angle is different, Maim I have the original arms off my 01 500
fortress posted he had sxr trailing arm for ls. wont fit his srx so i am askin if he wants to sell it to me.
ill keep you in mind. how much for the arms 800? you have a set of control rods for that sled too cause both mine are bent in a "s" shape. dont worry the tree is ok.

the only difernce is a 2* caster diference. wich in my eyes is not even noticable. it would be better to change both at once but the ride quility would not likey change. maybe some slighty less ski pressure or maybe more that u could make up in ur limiter straps the longtravel arms are 25.5* and the short travel are 23.5*. if u bought a aftermarket kimpex for a yamaha its a 24.5* i believe its right in the middle. other then the MMax arm which the shock mount is at a difernt angle. most arms are interchangible as long as u put the same one each side. u could posibly get away with one with a difernt angle i didnt notice the 1* difence between stock and kimpex on my 97 and i dont think 1* more would matter either.
