I've been reading this forum for some hours now, and it seems like some of you know alot about clutching!
And it seems like "Turk" have tried the most when it come to this!
My sx500r - 2001 have no trottle response, i have thought of new reeds and a clutch-setup. The problem is just that i dont know what weight, helix, spring, ++ i should choose.
I found something:
Weights: Yamaha 8ab
Helix: 47/41
And 2.4 grams in each hole of the weights.
Else i've done the head gasket mod and if i dont remember wrong, the gearing is around 21-39.
If i buy new reeds and those clutch parts (if it will work with them?)
will i get a quick and fast snowmobile then?
Thanks!
