what is your second choice?? say yamaha stopped selling sleds, where would you move on to? I am thinking cat. I like what they do and how they push the envelope, only thing I DONT like really is the lack of quality in some of their sleds. firecat looks like fun, just would hate to be breaking down lol!

I'd buy a 600 ho rev...rode it and loved it! my sleds 2000 srx viper shocked, 2001 srx 136 viper/ohlins, 2003 rx1 woody's tune up.
Or like above...used yamaha sleds.....and that is something I'm already doing that!!! cause I can't afford a new one! I'm still in the food chain! I buy the used ones so someone can keep getting new ones! Rock on!

Second choice
I guess if there was no alternative and could not get a used Yamaha. I would go to a Non-Rev Skidoo.
I would not own an Artic Cat, I would take up skiing again first.

I wouldn't buy a cat either.....towing my snap-on tool box would just S&*k! I already voted skidoo but I would like to add that I did like the ride of the 600 fusion! It was fun smooth and comfortable.

lol, i would be on a rev or an IQ LONG before i would plop myself on a firecat though. I wouldn't care if the thing was 250 horse and 450 dry weight, dependablity is COMPLETELY LOST on arctic cat and that is one of the most important things to me.

I would have to say a F7, there fast, light, look awesome and sound great. Not all of them have problems ya know :P. My second choice would be a Rev MXZ 800.

that is a really tough question. i would never ride a polaris so they are out of the question. i always thought i would get an arctic cat but i was never really around them until a couple of years ago. a few of my friends switched to ac(zr900, zr800, f7, and zl500) and i'll hafta say, the zr9, f7 and zl are junk. the zr 800 is actually a nice sled, i like it. so that leaves me with skidoo, ride with some and they have motor problems so that kinda steers me away from them. so in the past couple of years i thought if i had to switch it would be to a rev but the motor problems are non stop. so after alot of thought of either quitting snowmobiling or riding something else it would be close, but i'd probably find a nice used 02 zr800 sno pro
Ski-doo for me. Not sold on the rev and the engine issues are more than a little unsettling but best alternative from my point of view. They also have the best dealer of any brand in my area.

I agree, 2nd choice would be the RT Mach Z.
